  1. onelook.com- Look up any word and onelook.com gives you definitions from all the major dictionaries (plus medical dictionaries, philosophy lexicons, legal dictionaries, etc.). Very useful for debates, essays, semantics.
  2. tineye.com- If you’ve ever seen an image on the net and want to know where it came from, who/what it’s a picture of, or just want a bigger version of the same image… just copy-paste the URL of the image (or upload the file) and tineye will do a “reverse image” search and find you all the versions of that image on the net and tell you where they’re located.
  3. surf-forecast.com – This amazing site tells you what the surf is going to be like for the next week at any beach anywhere in the world in nerdy detail. No more disappointing, wasted trips or calling around to see where the surf’s good
